Experts from Tianxiao Institute learned about our company's resumption of work, quality sampling inspection, production and storage environmental protection, PFOS substitution technology and other issues. They held discussions with our company on the production and trade of fluorocarbon surfactants at home and abroad, deeply understood the development and application of PFOS substitution technology in our company, and provided scientific and professional opinions and suggestions for the Ministry of Ecological Environment and the Ministry of Emergency Management to promote the implementation of the latest amendment to the Stockholm Convention. After the discussion, a technical service contract was signed on the spot, involving 12 kinds of foam extinguishing agents and fluorocarbon surfactant products.
The door-to-door service carried out by the Tianjin Fire Research Institute of the Emergency Management Department is an important activity to implement the relevant requirements of the Fire Rescue Bureau on PFOS fire-fighting technology, which can effectively reduce the fire safety risks caused by excessive dependence on imports of key raw materials. it provides strong technical support for the front-line fire rescue team to be equipped with scientific and advanced fire-fighting equipment.
