Comrade You Fei is a visiting scholar in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Engineering, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, a postdoctoral fellow at the Mining Engineering Mobile Station of Nanjing University of Technology, and deputy director of the Institute of Fire and Fire Engineering of Nanjing University of Technology.
