On December 20, Secretary-General Sun Meng, on behalf of the Secretariat of the Fire Sub-Technical Commission, summarized the work of the Sub-Technical Commission in the past five years, including five aspects: current standards, review of standards, holding of annual meetings, technical exchanges, and research topics. , And introduced the work plan and key directions for the next 3 to 5 years. The committee members and expert representatives discussed the work summary and work plan, combined with technical hotspots and the actual situation of each unit, and asked the requirements for the preparation of key and missing standards of the Marine Fire Fighting Sub-Technical Committee, breakthroughs in international standards, standard use and training, and increased group standards. Provide targeted opinions and suggestions on effective supply and other aspects.
The meeting specially invited Zhu Tao, Director of Standardization Center of Naval Research Institute, Professor Zhou Hua of Zhejiang University, Dr. Cong Beihua of Tongji University, Director of Shenzhen Institute of Public Safety Fire Control Center Kuang Kaiqian, and water hydraulic axial piston pumps for surface ship damage pipe standards. The technical progress, the application of the high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing system in the offshore wind power industry, and the research on the public fire safety of super-large cities were introduced in detail. During the meeting, the participants exchanged views with experts on the integration of military and civilian standards, the domestic research and development difficulties of new core fire protection products, the expansion of water mist applications, and the opportunities and challenges brought by the establishment of the Emergency Rescue Management Department. The entire meeting was chaired by Chairman Li Chuanming .
At the meeting, experts reviewed the national standard of "Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump for Marine Water", and after expert inquiries and the preparation team's defense, they unanimously agreed that the standard passed the review.
